The Alexandra Gardner Women and Children Safe Centre (AG House)
Kelowna’s only 24/7 homeless shelter for women, youth and children. It is a low-barrier, meaning people who are active in their addiction can access it– however, they are not permitted to use while in the shelter.

Okanagan Boys and Girls Shelter Crisis

Provides a resource for youth ages 13-18 who are homeless/at risk of homelessness and have no safe alternatives.
Penny Lane Transition House
Provides short-term support to homeless, at-risk youth, ages 13-18 years. Offers a safe, stable home environment and provides life skills and appropriate referrals. Supports and works with youth in developing a plan to address their issues.
